This car was raced in the old Motorola Cup Series from ~1995-1999. They only allowed any new production car to race for 5 years (and still do as IMSA).

Chuck Snipes built the car and raced it with good results. These are the old Speedvision days (an old cable TV channel). A friend bought it from Chuck and restored it (it was an old beat-up race car). Long story shortened...

I bought the car and had it shipped to me to run in vintage racing. I went thru the car and bought new tires.
