Peter Egan was a Road and Track magazine writer. He wrote about F-1 racing and not vintage racing.

I traded an old British race car for this Mustang almost 25 years ago. It had a full cage with 1965/1966 period correct parts. It was sure fun and easy to drive. I only got wrecked three times (all not my fault). It won 5 Championships by not being the fastest car in qualifying with finishing the weekend.

The windshield banner says Gary Jones Motorsports. Gary left us with cancer. We all miss him.



I got some fire from the Feds before the race.
