Used Turtle Wax Ice polish on the stang

I was having issues with the wax the dealership had used on the stang when I bought it a few months ago. I hated the way the car looked, the paint seemed very dull and water spots had formed on the hood and trunk. I decided to try something new so I bought some Turtle Wax Ice polish.
It comes with an applicator and a microfiber towel.

Instructions are no different than other polish/wax applications,
Here it is applied to car above the gas filler cap (that is fuzz around the gas cap from my drying towel):

After wiping it off and buffing with the microfiber towel the results were beyond AMAZING! to say the very least. The car shined up the way its supposed to.

All in all I am VERY happy with this polish. I wish I could say the same for the Mr Clean autodry I had been using.
Here are some pro's and con's for the polish
Pros:
Goes on really easy
No white residue
Becomes hazy after 5 minutes
Can be applied in direct sunlight
Removes most water spots
Easy to see in the sunlight
Inexpensive
Buffs to an AWESOME shine
Cons:
Hard to see on a black car in the shade since the polish is clear
Its easy to apply too much to the car
Tough to remove if you apply too much
Doesnt remove old water spots as good as I would have liked
Not easy to remove if it gets on glass
More results

I got some of that and the Liquid clay bar a couple days ago. I'm gonna use it on there next week on my day off. From what I've seen all of the ICE product line works pretty well. I have used the ICE spray on detailer and it has worked great.

Did you get any on the window trim and did it turn it white and become a pain to remove.

Try Black Magic paste wax, it hazes after 5 mins and is relativley easy to buff off. The results are outstanding. It smells of wild cherries (although its a chemical sort of scent). It will however stain black trim if you get any there. Thats just more of a reason to use Mothers Back-to-Black

It was very easy to remove from the trim and it actually gave the trim a 'wet' appearance

What about on the glass?

I haven't found anything better than Klasse All In One which I use on the window trim, rubber parts, plastic parts, windows, and the painted surfaces.

Did the Turtle Wax Ice remove some oxidation from your original surfaces (turn the applicator or micro fiber towel dark)?

I bought some of the Ice liquid claybar, too, and used it prior to my first wax. Suffice to say that it is no claybar at all, and near as I can figure, loses all the benefits of the muscle one puts into a real claybar. While I'm sure it was of some help, I think a real claybar would work much better.

My years of experience have taught me that all these polishes are more or less the same. Whether you use Meguiars NXT Tech Wax or NuFinish, it's six of one, half a dozen of the other. The real difference comes in how you apply it and how much work you put into it.

Wait, you guys intentionaly wax the windows? I thought you meant that you got some on the window by mistake. Whats the point of waxing the window? Does it give it a nice gloss?
