Tips for waxing a higher roof?

So in the next week or so, I'm going to get a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Being that its going to be my car, it's gotta be clean. You guys have any tips on how to wax the roof? I'm tall enough that I can see the roof, so if I don't wax it, it'll irritate me, but not so tall that it's easy to get to.

It's not a Stang, but it'll do for now. More pics to follow.

I use a step ladder. Don't wear clothes with metal buttons or things that might scratch if you were to accidentally lean or rub up against the sides of the jeep while reaching out to wax the roof.

I wish I had a power buffer, but for now, its the old elbow doing the work. I'll probably try the step ladder. I've heard to use a modified painters roller pole, like, put the cloth on an end, and use it sorta like a mop, dont know that I'll try that one.

That's not tall. Our E-250 requires a 8' ladder just to reach the top and it takes 8 hours of labor to wash and wax for 1 person. I usually get 2 people to help so it cuts down the time.
