Swirls/scratches on Polished Bullets

I have read a few other posts about removing swirl marks/fine scratches on the factory 18" polished bullet wheels, I realize they are clearcoated. I have tried regular Meguier Cleaner wax and Eagle One Nano Polish with no luck. Just ordered some Klasse All in One Cleaner & Polish and some P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion, has anyone used these before? Any other suggestions or ideas? Thanks

How deep are those "fine" scratches? I'm not a fan of cleaner/polish combination products but Klasse does make some pretty good stuff. You might have to go with something more aggressive if that doesn't do the job like an actual fine or medium polish.

They do not seem very deep, I cannot feel them. I have only had the car two months and washed it only once, don't want to use anything more abrasive than I have to. The swirls are on all four rims. Someone else recommended Zymol, I have not used that before. Thanks

Zymol might hide them but it won't remove them. You have to use an abbrasive, such as a swirl remover/fine polish if you want to remove them. If you just want to hide them then use a glaze.

Received the Klasse and P21S, tried both with no result, scratches are still there. Any other ideas?

Cool Quch!!

Ouch! Cleaning swirl scratches from dirty sponge or cloth, without enough water and soap on it. I use a wonderful product called HT-78 PolyPlate Gloss Intensifying Sealant. Manufactured by Hi-Temp Products Co. of Omaha, Nebraska. I buy it by the gallon for car shop detail projects. Primary buyers are new car dealerships and automotive repair and detail shops. Located on the web at hitempinc.com. Use this fine product on lots of things that need polished and require a deep rich shine. Can be used to Remove some of these kind of very light spider web scratches from clearcoat paint on wheels with a buffer. and they make many other quality auto detailing produces also. No connections with this company at all. Hope it is okay to share this info? For a distribbutor in your area just call 1-800-879-9199. Probably many great other brands out there that will do the same quality job of detailing out these scratches? CalStang

Well hopefully that works for you. Looking at those scratches I would assume that any fine polish would remove them. Even something like Scratch-X should do the trick. Since you can't get in there with a polishing machine, you have a lot of elbow grease ahead of you. You could try the mothers powerball with clearcoat polish to see if that worked as well.
