Scrapes in my door panel

The previous owner of my car wasn't as careful as I am, and left a couple scrapes on interior door panel that are driving me nuts.

Does anyone have a proven way of removing or diminishing these without disturbing the plastic around it?

Thanks

Walt

Sorry, I should have been a bit clearer, this is for the interior door panel. But I do appreciate any tip to improve my detailing skills

Thanks!
