What is the best way to do touch-ups on the vinyl stripes (if possible)?

 

What is the issue with the stripes?

 

Small rock dings, etc.

 

Is the vinyl bunched up around the chip or is there just a chunk missing? If its bunched up, you can try heating it up and carefully stretching it back out. If its missing completely, I don't think you can do much. Even replacing that section would most likely not match the other parts due to weather fading the original.

 

On a side note about touch up stripes, what is the best way to polish a car with stripes? Do you guys polish over them or not even get close to them at all?
