Ok guys need some quick help here. Just waxed my car with Maguires NTX. Now what? Should I wash it or not?

Let me say by the way that it looks great!!! That Maguires is some good stuff.

Thanks for your help.

You hopefully washed it before you waxed it. No need to put water spots on it now.

Oh yea, I did wash it before the wax. Thanks for the quick reply!!

Probably a stupid question from my end but I have heard so many different rumors of what to do after the wax

I just bought a bottle of the same wax.....how was it? I have not used it yet.
Also, is it okay to use the Maguires Quick wax (spray?) for those in-between jobs???

Take pictures, smile, and go for a drive to show it off.

I had someone tell me that after you wax your car really well that when you are just washing it, you should just use a really soft handmit and just use water...no soap, they said it would help keep the wax on it longer...is this true? i'm somewhat worried that the dust on the car would scratch the paint. Any thoughts?

Wash the car, wax the car, that's all you need to do unless you have deposits and then you clay bar it. I use the Meguiars NXT and it's done the best job so far. Check out the links to my pics and web page for pictures of the shine. I'd like to see pictures of your car after the NXT.
