One part of stripe on my Mustang is damages really bad, so I want to take off the stripe from rear bumper.

My question is HOW?

 

If it's tape, use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the tape then peel it off.

I Agree with what Redbaron said. Also 3m makes some aerosol adhesive remover. Once you pull the stripe off, spray the area liberally and wipe the excess sticky off. Wash that area or the whole car immediately afterwards. You will DEFINTELY want to put some wax/polish over the area after you've washed it.
