At least once a week, more if it rains. But if I am going to have to drive in the rain I might let it go.
It gets waxed 3 or 4 times a year, as for wax build up I wash it with Dawn Dish Soap before Clay Baring and waxing, it takes the wax right off.
BTW Daily driver and it does not stay home if it rains or snows and has almost 30,000 miles after the first year on it.

It's a full time job. I wash once a week. I thought about the California Duster but thought it might scratch the paint.

I use the duster only the first couple a days after washing, if you gently wipe off the dust rather then wipe actual dirt it won't get scratches. I've yet to have paint scratches because of the California duster.

I would get the kids on the job, but they keep trying to use the tire brush on the paint!! Then I might have to beat them!!

I hit the touchless wash about once a week, wash it by hand at least once a month.

My car isn't really a daily driver but it's not a nice weather-only queen either.

Cars my daily driver.
Washed atleast once a week. Waxed at the very least twice a month depending on what I choose to put on and kept up with a spray wax after washes. Full detail about once a month and clean the engine bay about every third wash.
:-)
I beat on her, but I take care if her.
