Ahh, the latest fad to hit the car washing segment. Colored foam. We saw two commercial car washes on our recent western trip that offered a rainbow of foams as you drove through. Both out west in Colorado and either UT or NV. Certainly cool looking with prices in the teens around $15. No thanks, I just used my quarters for 5 minutes of time using the stall hose along with my own cleaning products.

 

Apologies, I'm sorry for posting this. I'll refrain from posting this stuff in the future. Again, I'm very sorry.

 

I think you may have misunderstood his post. He was not complaining about your post.... Just the cost of the wash he ran across out west.

This is nothing new to me here in the North East we've had colored/rainbow foam for at least 10+ years here in our automatic car washes.

 

I was foolish for doing the video, the views are really stalling now. Yet again I've proven what an old fool I am. I've now had multiple instances of younger guys (I'm in my 50's) ridiculing me while I was driving the car.

 

They are only ridiculing you because they are jealous. i'm 68 and wouldn't think of driving anything right now other than sports or muscle related. Enjoy your wonderful ride and make them eat your dust.

I know in my hillbilly vernacular it would be close, it would end in off, but start with F, most likely followed up with another phrase that starts with A and ends with holes.

I try and share content on the car and sometimes people really say hurtful things. For example, people have said my hood scoop is gross and that Mustangs are for people who can't afford sports cars. I wish people could simply say, "sorry, but the scoop is not to my liking."

No doubt about it. I always felt that way with my '07 GT/CS with it's 300 HP coming out of it's 281 CI. Wasn't that the IDEAL back in the 60's and 70's to get 1 HP per cubic inch? Buying my '07 was a deal IMO.
Now fast forward to my 2014 GT. 420 HP out of a 302???? Insane!! The newer cars are even better but the 'bang for the buck' is starting to get a bit pricier.
