cloth diaper
I personally don't recommend "baby" type flat diapers. They can trap a spec of dirt and scratch your paint. Check out this link.

If you're looking for diapers for drying or polishing, I highly recommend microfibers instead. Or at least plush 100% cotton terry.
I like a large quality waffle-weave microfiber towel for "pat" or "lay&drag" drying (large enough to fold into multible layers), and a small waffle-weave for wheels & jambs.
You could also use a large plush microfiber for regular drying, but the waffle-weaves seem to grab lots of water a little better.
For polishing and product removal, smaller microfibers (I like 16" - 21" square) are available in different weaves and blends.
