Im looking for some advice.
I have a few scratches on my side mirrors (the casing) that I want to get rid of. Is there some kind of product that will fill in the scratches?
I was thinking of using very fine sand paper to buff out the scratch then use something, I'm not to sure what, to fill it in and cover it up.
Also there are some scratches on the center console that I'd like to fix.
I hear of you guys talk about Back to Black but I live in Canada and I'm not even sure they sell this stuff here, though it doesn't fill in scratches...
Ideas?

The thing about sanding the plastic on the mirrors is that it's usually a textured finish, & you'd lose the texture once you sand it down. I'd recommend trying to find a set in a junkyard. Same with the console.

Getting a new set is not an option. I just bought these off ebay and my junkyard doesnt have any Mustangs. Need to find something in sanding is not an option.
Forget back to black. Try turtle wax trim restorer or wipe new.
Post pics before you buy. We need to see how deep the scratches are.The products will erase the chalky effects but gouges will obviously remain.( But greatly diminished )

I would recommend Solution Finish.
This product will restore the rich black color to the trim, thus making the imperfections not as noticeable.
