Personally I'd stay away from amour all products. I find they leave a greasy residue that attracts dust and dirt. There's lots of products for leather care, right now I'm using a 3M leather and vinyl care product that I like, and meguiars supreme shine protectant on the rest of the interior surfaces.
I'm sure others will chime in with more product suggestions though.

Armor all products will attack some dash and leather coatings. I never use that stuff. I use blue tire dressing, think its a silicon base. No problems so far.

For over the counter products, I agree. There are far superior products out there if you are willing to spring for them.
