Someone backed into my car a few months ago and it took the body shop at my dealer two weeks to get the paint(Legend Lime) right. So you might run into that just about anywhere you go.

Body shops don't ORDER PAINT, they mix their own based on the paint code which tells them exactly how much of each color to create the desired match. Even when they do this, the paint color can be hard to match.

To elaborate on what was said above,
Ford does not make the paint for the car. It is supplied by a major manufacterer (Rohm & Haas, PPG, DuPont). The paint is mixed in the factory in a huge room called a paint kitchen. There can be sublte color variation on each batch of cars, depending on when they are painted and with what batch of paint.
The bumpers are painted at the point where they are manufactered, which could be days before the car is painted.
You body shop has a paint code for your car which contains a recipie on how to mix the legend lime. They should be able to mix it up to an exact match. If you feel the color is off, refuse the car and ask them to re-do it. That is the best you can do.

Galaxie is correct. To give you a little more info, there are "alternate" shades to some colors...ie lighter/redder or darker/greener...and so on, Also there are "value shades". This is based on a number system...ie value shade 1,2...to 7. This refers to what color the sealer is under the bascoat. For example, Redfire is valueshade 5. Which is a medium grey. If the shop uses a lighter or darker sealer, they may have a hard time matching your color.
Any good shop can match your color no problem...as long as they do it right.
