$622 later...Mistress Lauren is back....

I had a little mishap with my Mustang last week. When puling into the garage, I went a little too far in and tapped the projection TV that is in my bay (my son's set.. he is back with us temporarily).

The TV then bumped into the bookcase where I keep my Mustang models, books and memorabilia... including the trophies from car shows. One of the trophies came down and struck the hood, putting a dent and scratches in it as it slid across the hood and down the right front fender...

I was angry depressed and totally ticked off ...

The body shop I took the car to is the best in the city.

I dropped it off Monday night, they started the repair Tuesday and finished today. I paid for the repair out of pocket.. no insurance company involved.

The paintwork is a 100% ***** on accurate match.

All is right in my world now...

So sorry but glad you got it fixed. I'm worried about my parking too. I have a plastic trash can that I purposely bump into and if I ever hit it too hard it will bump into my shelves and then...

Self inflicted damage due to one's own stupid mistakes are the worse kind. I can totally relate having done so myself on more than one occasion!

Glad things worked out. Things happen: enjoy the journey as there's no final destination to take your baby.
