Why Do Chevrolet Owners?........
#21
I'll admit, I've been a Ford person all my life... (even while driving a chevy during college) and I have met way more GM fanatics than Ford ones!
There's a forum out there... LSXtech... and I learned it is a site of unbelievably narrow minded GM owners that openly admit it.. But even still! Man.
I love anything cool! From the RX7's to Duramax Diesel's to M5 to Nova's to new Challenger...
My only concern is that everyone quits just going from A-B, and instead ENJOYs going from A-B in whatever is fun to drive!
Even still though... I love my Ford!

I would agree with Steven, I'm more a fan of an awesome ride than one particular make and model. I've had a few mustangs and really love them, but I could just as easily see myself in many other muscle or sports cars, including the euro companies as well. To me, a sweet ride is a sweet ride.

Totally agree i like them all the only reason i have a mustang is Chevy has the camaro but all the ones that are the early 2000's that are v8 they are automatic that is not fun to me but mustangs on the other hand most gt's are 5 speed and the mustang looks better but i am a huge duramax sound i wouldn't own a power stroke thats just me and like ford and Chevy trucks

I used to be a GM fan back when GM made some pretty decent cars. Haven't been a GM fan in over 20 decades now though. Most everything they make sucks.
I've also had cars made by Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Volvo, and Mazda. I'm not really a fan of any manufacturer.
As far as Ford goes, I like my Mustang, but I've had problems with it as well. Ford is going to have to make some serious improvements if they want me to buy another one.

Day-um, me too! Now I really feel old. Maybe my next car should be one of those coffin-colored 4-door Buick sedans... maybe put an AARP decal in the window. Gotta buy some of those taupe SAS shoes and a white belt for my pants, too. I wonder what Geritol tastes like?

Insecurity. I like some GM product and post on other forums but the guys on the Camaro forums are the worst, living in the shadow of the Corvette while watching and responding to every move Ford does with the Mustang. Even when they hit a home run, such as with the ZL1 or 1LE they are late to the party. I like the Camaro but don't think I'd enjoy a Camaro club gathering as much as a Mustang one where we talk freely in admiration of other cars we admire, secure in our current choice.
