Seems like most Chevy guys I run into are GM fanatics, "GM is better then everything at every price point". Id rather like or dislike cars on a car by car basis, than just be a brand loyal nut(as most GMers are).
So in conclusion it's pretty hypocritical of them

Nah. I own two Chevys, one dodge, and my fun car is a cobra. Chevy guys hate on fords. Ford guys hate on Chevys. I hate on ****ty cars. And both Chevy and Ford build some really ****ty cars.

IMO 'name callers' have problems with insecurity or even jealousy.

I guess I am a fan, since I drive a Mustang despite being a former GM employee and eligible for the employee discount on their products. Name callers can kiss my hiney.
