Today for me, I drove her, after a few days of not being able to. What a relief. I am looking forward to driving her over for a meeting in another building, and also on the way home. From the way weather forecasts are looking, I might be storing her by end of this month

 

Looked at her in the garage as I was gathering the stuff need to clean the inside of the wheels on the big orange beast. Such a nice day for a drive too!

We had a ton of Mustangs at Gilette today ... but no Gotta-Have-Attention Tony-mobile ... WTF???

Last show of the season, tons of cars everywhere, would've been nice if you could've made it ...

 

Yeah, I know. I'm always doing something. lol I wish I could have made it. It was really nice out and like you said being the last show of the season.

I did today though. I had the time and went out right after work.

 

Trotted around town for an hour or so. Went to the car wash to wash off some bugs from the front of the car.
In Louisiana we have 2 state birds, the pelican and mosquito.

I washed mine this morning in the rain. It needed a washing badly and about 2 minutes into the washing it started raining so I just kept going. I'll dry it better when the rain stops.

 

Installed my new front mud flaps. I don't know why I waited this long.

 

Actually it wasn't today, but a couple of days ago; didn't see this thread before though. After having a run in with an orange traffic cone a couple of weeks ago:


Picked it up from the shop. Newly painted front end, and we painted the chin spoiler as well. Then I added black tint to the front marker lights.












Today I drove it in the rain - had to get the oil changed before I take off for Maryland on Thursday to race at MIR on Friday.

 

Monthly meet time for us.............we didn't get rained on, but it had rained last night, so my baby was a bit grubby on the way there and back. Still, that's a good excuse for a wash n wax once I got home

Oh it's not for that... It's for rock and debris, potentially causing rock chips. It's sad that I do this 2 years later when I already have some minor rock chips in that area...
