Us Women and our "Girly" Cars....

I just said that it was interpreted as an attack/insult, but when you tear down the poor delivery, it's actually a compliment for a nice ride!

I just felt his comment was way out of left field and inappropriate for that post...

I drove a "Girly" car for a long time. It was a metallic purple, though labeled Barcelona Red Pearl by Mitsubishi, and had a camel colored interior.
All the girls thought it was, and I quote, "Just the cutest little thing! *squeal*".
So I owned it.
Day I got my little Elise.
After I added something to tweak people.
Your car is smokin' hot. Own it, revel in it, and know that it is a car person's car regardless.
BTW: +1 for someone of Brooklyn/Queens Italian descent. Same here.

I think the whole girlie car thing is a compliment. In a weird way. I think it's pretty cool that we can be into our cars like the guys but at the same time be girlie. Nothing wrong with that. I'm am def on the girlie side I love my true religion jeans and getting my hair done and sephora is my favorite store but then I have the other side that shops for mustang parts and like to show off my car. Maybe we can get some of these men to shop some more. That way we all can be well rounded. Lol

It's only hard to do when you are pregnant if you are having labor pains while doing it. Been there, done that..........not fun
