Upgraded brake system
I have a 09 mustang gt and i plan on adding a supercharger (paxton 2200 or high output vortech v3). I currently have stock brakes, pads etc... and I'm making like 300hp but when i add the supercharger ill be pushing 550hp so my question is what is the best brake system to have after i install the supercharger? Not necessarily looking for the cheapest option but not trying to go over the top either just want to be able to handle to new added hp without the cars breaking system shattering! Ps yes i know about new tire and wheels i already have some ready.

no brake upgrades "needed" unless you are planning road track or something like that, stock brakes will work just fine for one or two hard stops in a row
if you WANT to upgrade the brakes just for fun, or because they look cool, then there are several options; for a complete kit the SVT GT500 Brembos are a good value; if you want to pay less you can piece them together from parts and there are some threads on here with all the details of that

well eventually ill drag strip the car every now and then but just for fun really mainly worried about just street racing and pulls. don't plain on and sports track or a lot of hard braking and turning.
