Looks like some pretty bad ideas to me.

 

I would give my left nut for that milano. Its like mustang-challenger-barracuda combined into one beast of a machine.

 

Actually for the time it was conceived, I think that two seater looks pretty cool. mid engine?

 

Couple aren't horrible couple are... wtf were they smoking :P

 

Some of these are quite nice actually. Others are...well, they made me want to throw up. A Station Wagon? Thank God they didn't or we would've never made it to the Fox Body's. The Mustang would've been discontinued due to lack of sales. I'm soooo glad they didn't make that mistake.

 

Adding another body style can't hurt sales - it can only increase it.

It would've been a good Chevy Nomad competitor.

My personal favorite is still 2003 concept.

 

I too like that Milano. Maybe because it is so Cuda. Even the greenhouse has a Chevelle feel to it.

 

The Milano looks very close to the 69/70 GT350/500 front clip & hood.

 

Liked the Station Wagon and Mach I customs ..... that 1980 thing is better looking than a "Smart Car" ..... maybe.

 

Everyone forgets the Mustang Ghia Vignale. It foreshadowed the design of the Ford Probe which was originally intended to be a Mustang. This concept was an AWD Turbo based on the Mustang RWD platform. Back then I remember this as a smooth forward looking car compared to the Fox Box Mustang.
