Holy crap! she's lucky to be alive. Also lucky there were no kids and the bus driver wasn't seriously hurt.

Well this ranges from; was she trying to figure out that new fangily dangily cell-phone to before a certain age and after a certain age - a yearly driving test should be mandatory.
