SN-95's with very low miles...

My neighbor has this 02-3(?) Mustang GT with 12,000 miles on it. Are these cars really worth the extra money to purchase a car with such low miles. He is asking 12,500.00 for the car and I think its a fair price although I intend to make to make an honest cash offer to purchase this Mustang. Its a 5spd.gray leather interior, Maroon metallic( not sure what the factory color really is), original Goodyears on Mustang Bullitts, and as loaded in interior as it gets...and a one owner car. Its like brand new. Any thoughts.
note: I'll post pics if I bring it home.

Might be worth it. You know (I'm sure you do) all the rubber and a lot of the plastic will be dry rotted or brittle and need to be replaced because of the age.....

With just 12k miles, IMO his asking price of $12,500.00 seems fair. Offer him 10k as a starting offer and go from there. Good luck
