Just FYI:

This site is going crazy w/support for this guy that got screwed over by a performance shop. Just looking throught the pages of support this guy is getting is insane. If you haven't heard about it yet, here's the beginning of the forum thread.

That's CRAZY. I wish there was someway to follow this through to completion. I can't believe there are companies in business that treat customers like this.
