what size block does the 2002 Mustang Gt use?


edit-- err should i say what size is the CI?

It was a good question. Did you know that 5.0 Mustangs are really only 4.9? But 5.0 sounds so much better.

I like it when they measure by ci, sometimes they dont even get the Liters right since they are almost always rounded.
But for the 5.0 I guess they chose since it was right in the middle. Do engineers base their measurments by ci or liters now. Like if they made another 5.0 would they make it with 305 ci, or would they just continue the rounding the L values?

I think they'd just round the L values, but it's really a moot point as I don't think we'll see another 5.0 anytime soon, if ever.

I love GMs' way of think with the 3100 series 3300, 2200, etc.

GM, do me a favor, just tell me it's a 2.2L, 3.1L, 3.3L etc.
