SoCal folks...

Note from our fellow BCMC's (and now VP of Stangpede)..

Brian: Not like you got money coming out of your butt, but see the bold section at the bottom.

Hey all!
There's been a lot of interest in the startup of our new L.A./Orange County, CA. chapter. That chapter, which will be headed by Jeff(Prometheus Prime), will be officially opened on March 15th, and we will be having a meet/display on that day. It will be hosted by Stangpede's newest corporate partner, Raceline Wheels(www.racelinewheels.com), and other sponsors like TruFiber and NOS Energy Drinks will be there as well with their products. Hardcore Mustangs will be there to represent as well. Raceline Wheels has come out with a new line of custom colored and designed wheels not offered by any other manufacturer. We will be displaying our cars, and welcome everybody to come join us this day! Come see Mickey's Barricade Saleen in person! Bring out your cars and show the public what you've got! We welcome all Mustang owners. For those interested in joining Stangpede's newest chapter, this is the perfect time!

It will be held from 10am-2pm at the following location:

Raceline Wheels
12300 Edison Way
Garden Grove, CA. 92841

Raceline and TruFiber will be giving anyone who buys a new set of wheels or a new hood, wholesale dealer cost for items purchased that day at the meet only.

Here's an example I pulled from the Raceline website...

GT 2-pc in 18x8, 18x9, 18x10

Custom 2-tone

Favor to ask-If anyone see's a BMR/Steeda rear swaybar for sale please let me know.

Besides that and an AVIC-D3 the rest of my $$$ will start going into a S/C fund.

Happy now Bill?

I kinda like those wheels too, especially the 18x10 part. btw, they are polished, not chrome.

BMR/Steeda swaybar? I thought they are the same diameter as our stock ones.

I say funnel all that $$ towards the S/C.
Rationale: Mileage won't matter for a head unit.

If you guys didn't spend so much on gas (driving to each other's house) along with beer & pizza, you'd all be blown by now.

Well- the beer is understandable, and approved in the budget.

Hmmmm... Interesting. Might be worth checking them out on the 15th. I do like the looks of them.

So Leo's joining the gang. Have you decided what to get yet Leo ?

Haven't decided. Maybe after getting test drives in Yours, Bills, and Bills I'll decide. Don't really care if I ended up having to ditch the Shaker and get a new hood. So the Shaker won't factor into my decision. Eitherway I've got atleast a year to flip flop on which setup to go with.

So besides Ray and George who else has sent in their Knotts registration?
Mine should be in the mail by tomorrow.

I got my bung welded!

Got an O2 bung welded on the H-Pipe this afternoon in preparation for the narrowband O2 sensor.

Guys at Sweeney's did a great job and only cost $20!

Tochin' a hole!

Bill, just FYI- if you have your rear O2 sensors turned off in the tune (I'm sure you do), you can use one of the factory locations as the factory sensors aren't doing anything for you.

Do you have an O2 sensor already??

Yes, both rear O2's are off, as the new Brenspeed tune I got also.

I thought about that too, but decided to just leave everything hooked up and not leave any electrical connections open/exposed.

Yup, got a brand spankin' new sensor with my Auto Meter kit.

Its only been a couple days since the order and I'm so anxious to get it installed. Bill... your not helping out one bit! Your pictures tease me. Haha.

On a different note. Going to a show tomorrow, at the high school I graduated from. They put ona pretty decent show from what I heard. Never been to it. Pictures, pictures, pictures.
