Not to change the subject but..... My local track will be closed tomorrow due to a 70% chance of rain. This sucks as the next date isn't untill Oct 12 which is the Friday before the SD show. So more than likely I won't be going to the track again untill OCT 19 the next track date. Only positive note is that I'll either have gears or lca's and relo brackets by then.

So Bill, Brian any chance of getting you guys to come down either of those dates?

Gears! How dare you bring up other non-essential choices!

Got a new goody installed today. The couple pics I took are horrible, I'll be taking much better ones tomorrow. Don't know if it's a surprise or not, but I won't give it away yet.

Leo- save your cash and do the gears. Wait until some FRPP gears are on sale, and take whatever cash you saved on the sale purchase and put it towards the install. Remember, the most important thing about changing your gears is the install!

And quit complaining about having to wait until October to race..... atleast your local track is STILL OPEN in October LOL!! I haven't made it to the track since May and I'm hoping to get there next week before they close.

Copy cat. j/k. I agree with you...the flat black on black kind of gives it a "it's there, but not as a fuel door" look. BTW, I like #6 (or whatever the latest pic was) the most.

Brian, the stripes look great

Here's some of my ideas.
LCA's and LCA relo brackets
CDC or GDM trunk mat
MGW Clothes hangers and seat lever buckles
Floor mats

Or.... Just save for gears.

Just remember, a few $100-200 parts add up to $1k quickly

True I guess I could wait a little longer and get something that I'll really feel. As you'll soon find out here us "Socal wussies" (Daryl's name for us) complain about any weather forcast that's not "clear and sunny" especially if it get's in the way of a Mustang event.

BTW- I'm 90% sure that when I get gears I'm going 4:10 even though it's an auto.

FYI, George won't be shipping out the install CD (until it gets revised) because of a few minor changes. But, you can still refer to my install thread for reference as the new changes are minor.

Alright guys, here's pics of the new mod. Yes, my car is dirty, but I'm going to the strip tomorrow and I wasn't about to wash it again today. Sorry Tom, the attachments page won't work.

Kyle, got rid of the other grille?

This black one looks much better!

You should think about some clear corners now.

Yup, I wanted a full replacement. Of course, I think this one looks much better too. The only problem was the old grille messed up the paint somewhat underneath. Oh well, I'll deal with it.

I hear you on the clear corners. They are moving up the list. Next I get to focus on getting her lowered though.

Nah, that is actually my roommate's. (user name- 5.0wnage) His is pretty heavily restored. Finished off in a pearl white color. He's been to a few shows with me around here.
