Ponies on The Run (Again)
Guys, remember this yellow supercharged 4.0? Belongs to my buddy (and fellow BCMC'r Tom).
Leo & Brian, this is the guy's house we went to for the X-Charger install party and to meet Doug.
Anywho, he's in Canada as part of a film crew on the new Death Race 2000 movie. As a Special EFX guy, his job is to modify a new GT500 and outfit it with a 50cal machine gun!
Imagine that? Working (and partying) in Canada, modding a GT500, and getting paid??

Just got back from my first trip to the strip tonight with some of the guys from the Collective. Had an absolute blast. My best run was a 15.489 at 89.8. I know it's not you boys' territory, but I'm pretty pleased for the first time.

Besides, once you get up to the speed limit, it doesn't matter how much faster one car is than another, unless of course you're racing to see who can get a ticket first.
A Ferrari Enzo cruises at 65 mph just as quickly as a Geo Metro.

Team Mustang Source
Thanks Leo !!
That looks pretty interesting. Sub $100 range is good too. I would have to see a couple better pictures though, but it looks like something that I'd be interested in.

Good that you guys have an actual quarter track to run on. Track near Leo is an 1/8th mile, so he has to convert his time to a quarter time.
True, but it's a question of who gets up to cruising speed first.

With those SHR attachments it you'd have the honeycomb trim all the way across covering the radiator.

I mean it's not something I think needed to be fixed or anything but since he's making it why the heck not.
The SHR reference pic is crappy, looks all black across the whole thing.
Basically, it'll cover the 2 inner sections, outer section already have the (fake) honeycomb grille.
It makes me wonder why Ford didn't make a grille in that area?

On the ROUSH, at the Bill2 proving grounds in PV!
Mine looks like this. I'm looking for a grate to place in the bottom opening any ideas guys? The ROUSH facia doesn't leave me a lot of options. I promise if I have to do a custom job it won't be using chicken wire
