Y'all might as well be talking a different language. The best we get is El Nino and lord knows when that might strike.

Seriously though, Tom, Phil I hope you are safe and get through the storm(s). Hopefully Tom you won't have to worry about plywood too much.

Is it just me or does it seem that the Hurricanes have been few and far between since Katrina ? (knock on wood)

Nice pics Bill2!

I helped myself to a few of them from your Bucket album.

Your camera takes awesome pics, you gotta do a mini-photoshoot for me somewhere with a nice backdrop (like PV) one of these days.

Funny video.. only wish the camera panned a little more to the left.

No bill yet. I got the 900 min / 200 text plan, so I should be well within (I hope!).

It does not happen everytime, but several times over the course of my 6 mile trip to work and usually at 3k RPM or higher.

When I got to work I parked the car, got out and punched the muffler on each side. The passenger side is rock solid, but the driver sounds like it has sand in it. Not really the loose flapping metal sound every one has talked about hearing.

So here ar my questions:

1) Do you think I have blown the baffle?
2) Do you think Flowmaster will help me out after a year plus of having them on the car?

If Flowmaster won't help me out then I think I will switch to the Stingers.
Sounds like a broken baffle for sure. Mine broke after 4-5 months. Luckily I bought them from "Summit racing" and they sent me out the new ones first so I wouldn't have to remove the old ones, install the stockers, and reinstall the flows. Hope you have the same luck with whoever you bought them from.

Awesome pics Bill(S)

I didn't get a chance to test the mufflers with a mallet, but funny thing is they haven't done it again since yesterday morning and I drove her hard a couple times since then.

I do believe I purchased my Flowmasters from Summit Racing as well.

The squirrel that was making his home there most likely exited at high speed...

Good well hopefully that sound doesn't come back. If it does though I'm sure Summit will take care of you.

Hey Leo, I think the gold stripes might work for you. They are winning me over.

Of course you can put a carbon-fiber hood on it with white rims

Yeah, life is short, no doubt about it.
If you get the iPhone, let me know and I'll hook you up with a cool 3rd party software that'll allow you to rip DVD's to the iPhone (uses a proprietary mpeg-4 file format) also will convert any existing file format into mpeg-4.
(That offer is extended to any of my buds here too! )

Let's to the photo shoot for sure. Maybe one weekend when we all (Ray, Leo, Brian) are here in the South Bay.

Howdy neighbor!
We're within walking distance!

Hey, that's not junk food! Taco Bell is high class stuff (it's Chris' favorite)!

(btw, the AT&T store next to Starbucks is where I bought the iPhone. )

Leo, no comment on the pics of the black/gold GT above from R&R? I took those specifically for you.

I'm in whenever the photoshoot takes place. Maybe TacoBill isn't within walking distance from Whittier but I wouldn't mind the short drive at all !

no offense... Taco Bell = Blech. Del Taco =

For the So Cal'ers (Leo, Steve too...) We should make a short cruise or something before all the great weather is kaput. Nothing extensive or difficult but something, ya know ? Maybe even when John gets here ?
maybe the caffeine hasn't sunk in yet and I'm delirious, who knows ?

That sounds like fun too! PV always seems to be an ideal place, no traffic, very few lights, and awesome scenery!

For the record, I like Del Taco's fish tacos.

Well the Exhaust problem resurfaced yesterday so I called Summit Racing to see what they could do for me. Answer; Not a **** Thing. Since the warranty is 1yr and I have had mine almost 1.5 years they said they couldn't do anything for me. They did give me Flowmaster's number so I called them. I explained when I bought them, etc etc. They said no problem, just fax a copy of your receipt and they would get it wrote off on by their manager and get a new set sent to me.

So I sent the fax, so let's see how long it takes to get the new set.

Bad news there guys... My wife decided that since we are not going to the zoo in san dog that she didn't really want to go to SoCal. Instead she wanted to go to San Fransisco. So we will be flying into Reno and staying in the mountains near there. We will be making day trips to San Fran and other places until I have to go to Vegas to work the show.
I wish we could get together but it isn't going to happen.
