Ponies on The Run!
My reasoning was not directed at your car because I know you like the OEM door, but for the ones who wish to swap it out for a billet one. For instance, it would look a little funny if I had black Bullitt wheels with a chromed billet fuel door.
I'm just into matching, heck, the clothes I'm wearing now even match!
The Shaker is always a hot topic around our cars because no one (besides us) in their right mind would cut a hole in their brand new hood!
Another question I've been asked several times over is how much additional HP it provides. When I tell them that's in almost nil and it's mainly cosmetic, they get this weird look on their face. Next time, I should say at least 50HP!
Don't set up a chair in the front, you'll look like a dufus. Not to mention blocking people that usually walk by from car to car. I believe carshow etiquette is to have your chair(s) at the rear of the vehicle.
I think there were 3. Guess you can say I was guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd!
However, I did beat this guy named 'Cliff' from Leo's club. Guess that's something since that guy does the circuit thing.

Daryl- Your avatar looks a toy replica of your GT. Must have been a pretty tall ladder you climbed up on!
I thought the same thing! I was going to ask where he took the pic from... the roof?

I am about 20 feet away from the car about 10ft high, (ladder) I thought about taking some from the roof at work though
The picture being resized by TMS makes it look a little smaller than it is.
BTW speaking of toy replica, I bought the Revel "Muscle" Series 2006 Mustang GT Model. I plan on making it look as close to my real car as possible. I thought that would be rather cool.
Not for sure how I am going to add all the aftermarket stuff to it yet, but I will think of or find something.

Sorry but I'm watching the Pack vs Eagles tonight.

Cool! I love the blurry effect to keep me guessing... is that a tri-bar pony in the background? j/k... looks more like the GT emblem. Love the Black/White/Grayscale look!
Leo, found a wallpaper for you.
Ok last tuner update. I promise.
UPS has a scheduled delivery date of Friday late afternoon. I should of told Doug to send it 2-3 day or even overnight. I'm dying to try this out. I probably won't drive until the 14th... even if I felt up to it, I don't, but if I did, I wouldn't anyway... I don't want to do anything to hurt it further to keep me out of work.
Tom it looks like your hood stripes have caught some people's attention.

Tom- Does the pinstripe that goes around your center stripe go on seperatly or is it all one piece? I'm debating ordering one in charcoal silver and seeing how it looks before I install it.
It's all one piece. There are two pieces of backing paper. You take the one off of the sticky side to install the stripe (the top piece of backing paper holds everything together). Then, when you have it in the right place and it's all squeegied out and dry, you remove the top piece.
