Photos from Hiawassee GA Car Show
My wife and I decided to make a day out of our 1 hour drive to GA so I didn't enter the show, just enjoyed it as a spectator. A delightful setting at the Georgia Fairgrounds in the north GA mountains right by a lake. We brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed the view from the top level of the parking area (1st two photos).
The theme of this year's show was Saleen Mustangs so you will see quite a few. I would guess over 200 cars were in attendance with many Shelby varieties. We also saw one other California Special (hardtop) and one Bullitt. Fall colors were definitely starting too.

A few more. If I remember right the Cougar had a 428 Cobra Jet. I saw a Mercury Capri from the 80's as well, but too many people to take a photo when I passed by.

That Cougar is one wicked car... Did a search thinking that looked like an Eliminator and here is the first photo/site I came across. Looks to be the same car. Pretty awesome machine and sounds like a 1 of 1. Very Nice!
