Very cool!! We did the PCH a few years back in a BMW Z3. Super road plus we did the Route 66 thing last year in our GT.
Hope you have a great turnout on each of the adventures.

Unfortunately that 'glass beach' is no longer anything like that. It's all been picked over. We were so disappointed when we went and could only find the glass in the local tourist shops. Gee, I wonder who picked it all up?? Greed

NJ has lots of scenic drives!!!! How about all the beautiful strip malls, stores, and traffic jams on Routes 17, 1 & 9, 22, not to mention historic Rt 46 through Bergen County!!!!! LOL

There are some beautiful drives though in Northwest NJ through Warren and Sussex Counties, and any road that leads to and through the Delaware Water Gap into Pennsy. Rt 611 from the Water Gap on the Pa side south to New Hope is a great drive.

But I digress. Nothing compares to the PCH. I was there once in '03 and drove from Monterey to Big Sur. Someday I want to do it again and go further down the coast. Never made it to the Hearst castle on the first trip.

Hey, maybe Patrick (laserred38) can invite us out to his place...we'll all rent '15 Mustangs with Fusion grilles and follow him to Carmel and south!!!!

How 'bout it Patrick? C'mon...be a sport!!!!
