oil level

Have a 2013 gt. Runs great no oil leaks. Always garaged. Has only 915 miles on it. I just checked the oil level. Says it's down half a quart. Is this normal, or just part of the break in?

I was down about 3/4 of a quart at 1800 miles. Went to the dealership and picked up a quart of 5w50 (I have the track package) and topped it off. Based on my research this is completely normal. Ford even points out the engine will continue to consume some oil for up to 10k miles. I would not worry about it. Just keep an eye on it and make sure it does not get too low. I believe the 2013's, both base and premium models, have a warning that will now be displayed in the instrument readout if the oil level falls below the lower mark on the dipstick.
