Hy can't Ford get paint to stick to their aluminum hood ? I've had it fixed once it's back & obviously whats a wide spread problem you expext me to pay for your faulted issue ?

So for anyone with an 05-09 Mustang that has this blistering on the hood , Guess what Ford says too bad past warrenty. :-( for a fault of theirs how does this get by, auto body shops wont touch it so you have to take it to Ford & pay over $500.00 when I asked no guarentee so repeat & pay again

A detailing client of mine has a black 2006 Mustang Pony Package, no issues there either.
Have you thought about an aftermarket hood from Cervini's, CJ Pony Parts or American Muscle?

Yah but many people do have this problem, umm kay & fibre glass hoods cost a lot to prep before paint , so why should I even dprop a nickel into what is most likely a ford defective situation ?
