Thanks for the heads up on her being outta the office Cory.

I PMed her a concern/issue of mine a few days ago and I haven't heard back from her... hopefully after she is back this afternoon she will be able to spare me some time. I'm kind of at my wits end with this issue...

Deysha,

I have sent you a couple PMs with my issue. I have not heard back. Please help! I need to get my issues resolved so I can attend a Ford event with my car. The dealership cannot get a hold of the engineer and they cannot move forward without talking to them. Thank you.
