I am helping my dad purchase a new Mustang and I would love to get an X plan pin from someone who might happen to have an extra one. So if anyone would be willing to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

You will have to join MCA. Once you have the card you can get your pin. The dealer will need to get a copy of your card when you purchase.

 

When I bought my car the dealer required that I show proof of employment in the form of a pay stub to verify I was entitled to use the X Plan pin... I don't know that the PIN itself will do you any good.

 

Just join the MCA and then search x-plan pricing on their site. Another option is if you have at least a hundred shares of ford stock, you can get x-plan pricing on that to.

I'm sure their are other ways, those are the two I am familiar with. I bought my last 4 or 5? Cars with the x-plan. For me, it is a really nice way to shop. No haggling, but watch for the up charges!
