No matter, that place and other mazda dealers have literally made me never consider a Mazda ever again.
Take your business to a real Ford Dealer, Dana and All-american are more than willing to fill the slack.

So I purchased my 2013 RedCandy Mustang v6 from Sansone Ford and it has been back to the dealer 5 times. Here is the scenario, the day I purchased the vehicle I didnt leave till late like 930 at night. When I was leaving I realized promptly that the horn didnt work properly. I returned to the dealer, and made them aware.
I know I’m a little late to the party, but I’m happy to learn this is being resolved for you.

UPDATE*
So the dealer has not located a car they can swap yet and they seem resistant to me ordering one. I had hoped that this could be resolved quickly and amicably but every day it drags I'm thinking I should sue. I will give them 48 hours and if not I will file

***UPDATE****
So it seems that a resolution could not be found so Monday my contract will be voided and I am free to go my way and find another ford dealer in my area. Any recommendations in NJ

Ask to not have it detailed. You want to have it done professionally done for the winter. Take it home tomorrow not today.
