There's your first problem. I have yet to understand how this place is still in business. Was missing parts off my brand new left over '06 Speed 6 and was constantly fed the line "o, howabout I order it for you? Itll be here in a week"... Finally the sales manager heard this, apologized and made the salesman fish around the lot for the parts. needless to say - he wasn't too happy.

No matter, that place and other mazda dealers have literally made me never consider a Mazda ever again.

Take your business to a real Ford Dealer, Dana and All-american are more than willing to fill the slack.

Ya know what's crazy I wish I would have went to all American they seem so much more put together but now I have to let them replace this one. Once that's done I will be getting my service at all American for sure

I returned to the dealer, and made them aware.

Hi AndreaCristiano,

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I’m happy to learn this is being resolved for you.

UPDATE*
So the dealer has not located a car they can swap yet and they seem resistant to me ordering one. I had hoped that this could be resolved quickly and amicably but every day it drags I'm thinking I should sue. I will give them 48 hours and if not I will file

As soon as you said what dealer, I knew it wasn't going to resolve so easy.

Ok update. There are three vehicles. A grabber blue one which I'm pulling for a sterling grey and another candy red all which he is trying to get swapped. Update coming soon

***UPDATE****

So it seems that a resolution could not be found so Monday my contract will be voided and I am free to go my way and find another ford dealer in my area. Any recommendations in NJ

Ask to not have it detailed. You want to have it done professionally done for the winter. Take it home tomorrow not today.
