Hello everyone . I am new to the forum . I have a project in my mind . I have a lotus seven caterham replica frame made it from scratch. I bougth this car from a friend of mine. I am planning to put a ford mustang ecoboost 2017 engine on it, and i know that that car has automatic transmission. my question is can I put a v6 manual tranny on it? does it match? or can I put a gt mustang tranny on it ?

I am in the midst of prepping a 2.0 Ecoboost from a 2016 Focus ST to go into my lotus 7 build. I'm using a 6 speed trans and clutch setup for a 2008 Miata.

I had a T-5 here, but it was cheaper and easier to avoid getting a custom Endbell ( quads for rods ) and clutch setup to make it work.
