Mid-Engine Mach 2 Was Quite the Concept

The mid-engine Mach 2 was actually shown at the 1967 Chicago Auto Show as a concept that never made it into production.

Strange

I cannot see the whole car but this concept car looks okay from my view, wonder why it never made it to production
