I stopped by the dealer today to have my F-150 inspected. Of course while there I usually look at the Mustangs. While drooling over a 2017 Ruby Red GT coupe w/2K miles thinking I would love to have this car, the salesperson stopped by to talk. While shootin' the breeze she said, "The guy that owned this car just traded it for your 2013 GT Convertible" (traded it for the '18). That won't happen again I'll bet.

That's a good one! He obviously wanted a 'vert or couldn't swing the payments on the '17. For him to go 4 years backwards, yours was really sweet as I expected it to be. How many miles were on it before you bought the '18?

 

The '13 only had 41K miles on it, and the majority of that was road trips. You how we love to take road trips, right brother. It was a good car. We only had a few warranty issues at first, and after that it was just regular maintenance.

BTW, the saleslady ask the guy why he was trading, and he just said it was too much car for him. Like you I expect it was too much money instead of too much car.
