first i will send greetings from germany.

i will ask you, if there anyone who now“s if it“s possible to buy only the mid pipes from the magnaflow street series cat back system.

for my birthday my wife make me a gift an buy two mufflers from magnaflow. someone here in germay sell it.

on saturday i want to install it on our pony. well, in the future i look first before i do the work... i promise

the problem ist the stock system hat these lips on the connect muffler/mid pipe...

but the new magnaflow muffler had a conneting sleeve !!! and that doesn“t fit... i think the mufflers a from a complete catback system. i call the seller... and he say, now he know“s why it was a little bit difficult to install the GT 500 Mufflers on the stang. He is a police man an he don“t need to drive the magna“s , because in germany they are not allowed. But he push the GT Muffler over the mid pipe from magnaflow and welded that it is fix.

well, it is possible for me to connect it, but i will do it so, that i can installed the stock muffler quick, maybe the police will stop me here in germany.

My Question again. is there a adapter for connect the pieces or can i buy the magna mid pipes everywhere in the states..

You will need to have a shop cut factory connections off your mid pipes and then weld the Magnaflows to the mid pipes. All while those pipes are on the car. More or less do the same thing the guy you got the magnaflows from did to his GT mufflers. This will probably be way cheaper than buying mid pipes from magnaflow. If you contact maganaflow directly but they may not sell just the mid pipes.
