The doc doesn't know what to make of this.

As someone whom is an expert on that, but not a doctor. You are probably afflicted with Mustangitis. A non fatal but expensive disease. It affects rational thinking with side effects of excessive speed, wahooing and empty wallets.

It explains why my pulse rate is so rapid. The Running Pony is the real Heartbeat of America.

Your concern gives me the warm fuzzies Tony!!!

Coincidentally I had my nuclear stress test on Monday. For an almost 64 year old overweight smoker who eats like crap, it was a perfectly normal result.

Yes, but I'm back in the saddle again. The doc says I need more exercise so I have to hoof it from time to time. Of course I had to pony-up a large copay.
