Jlt cai with sct x4 doesn't have preloaded tune

Just got my jlt cai with sct x4 flasher tuner and the tuner doesn't have the preloaded tunes like advertised ? Anyone have info or had this same problem. I gotta 2015 gt . Customer service don't open till Monday . It's killing me

Where did you buy it from? There should have been a mods question sheet to fill out when you were making the purchase or an email with the form in it

I bought it from brothers performance online. I didn't have to fill anything out. I just out what year and model and it said it had 3 preloaded tunes. Performance,a tow , and a fuel mpg tune

My x4 came preloaded with tunes for 5.0 mustang. no form to fill out. What happens when you start up the tuner?
