Wow, 25 additional horsepower for $4 with $6 shipping. That seems too good to be true.
And you know what they say about things that seem too good to be true, don't you?
Save your money.

I can answer you question right now.

-> It is a scam.

The fact that there is no picture of the item and no real description of what it does should have given you 100% surity that the whole thing is a scam.
