I came late to the Mustang scene. But the bug has hit me full blast. I've been looking to buy one for a few weeks now. My wife was aware of it, but not really on board with it. That changed, yesterday.

My buddy Mike and his wife, Anita, came over to the house in their yellow, convertible Cobra Mustang. They let Donna drive it. When they left, Donna said:

"So how can we get a Cobra Mustang?"

"Well, we can buy one, which is a major purchase. Or for less money but more time, we can build an equivalent from a V6 Mustang and swap in a 4.6DOHC engine and IRS, and ..."

"I want to get a Cobra! A convertible! Yellow, green or that cool blue. I don't want to build an equivalent, I don't want to wait forever, I want a Cobra!"

"Yes, dear."

I'm still shocked. I've got a green light!
