How old are you?
I thought for sure when I started reading this thread that I would be the oldest one here. However, I am not 94 years old. I believe you are only as old as you think and feel. I bought my first Mustang (2011 GT Premium) with a 6M transmission two years ago. I was 68 years old at the time. I just ordered my second Mustang last Friday. Another GT Premium but I went from black to white and from a manual transmission to an automatic. So, maybe I am getting a little old after all. However, I did take my first one to the drag strip a few times with my best e.t. being 11.98 at 117.52 mph after a few mods. And, I do plan to take the automatic to the strip as well. I expect it to run quicker with the automatic with the same mods. Life is good!

I Was Five When This Song Came Out in 1967 & Will fit The Description Next Year!
Lyrics
When I get older losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a Valentine
Birthday greetings bottle of wine
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four
You'll be older too
And if you say the word
I could stay with you
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride
Doing the garden, digging the weeds
Who could ask for more
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four
Every summer we can rent a cottage
In the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck and Dave
Send me a postcard, drop me a line
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely, wasting away
Give me your answer, fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four

Right there with you!
Exactly what I think. I never really listened to those who said time fly's, but it seems to get faster every day!!!

What's old? 78 and and enjoying life.
The Where are you thread and several others got me to thinking. I was wondering how old you all are. So I thought I would start. When I retired I decided to buy myself a fun car.
When I was looking at my retirement fun vehicle I did miss out on a 2001 Shelby Cobra convertible. (my own fault) I also thought mustangs were a young man's car.
I bought a 2001 Corvette coupe. When I was on the Corvette Forum, someone started a similar thread and determined that most of the members where over 50, some into their 70's. So it was true Corvettes were for older men.
When I tired of the Vette I got my present Mustang. I'm loving it incidentally.
So.... I am retired and 64 years old. Wondering what other peoples stories and ages are. Hope I'm not getting too personal..
