help me pick the right gt + pricing

hi guys.. I'm new here, and i've been thinking of trading up to a mustang from my 15 subaru wrx.. i'm trying to stay under 40k otd and would appreciate your thoughts on what i could get for that kind of money?
if my research is correct, i think i'd be happy with a stock 19 GT with performance package 1 and no other addons. there are a few ford dealers in my area, and one of them has one in stock with pp1+ 3.55 diff + 300a equipment (vin 1FA6P8CF1K5104027). car looks nice, but the price doesn't. could any of you with access to x-plan check to see what their cost is for this vehicle (or an approximation), and also let me know if my money is better spent getting something else? i quite like the looks of the 19 if that matters.

thank in advance.

Are there any 18's left on the lots? You could probably get a killer deal on one of those

there are 18's , however, i've noticed they're priced about 1.5k under the cost of a brand new 19 so not really that great of a deal. the used car market around my area is stupid crazy high.. i have to go all the way to L.A to get decent deals.
