Gt350 or BOSS
Boss, hands down. The GT350 is a fat pig, and it's the opposite of what the original GT350 was. IMHO, Shelby ruined that car, and IIRC, it's significantly more expensive than even the GT500.
The only problem with the Boss 302 is the wacky colors they chose to offer it in. Why it isn't offered in all colors is beyond me. Why they require you to get the black roof is also beyond me, and the fact that you have to get ridiculous painted wheels on the Laguna Seca edition makes NO sense.
Just give me a Grabber Blue Boss 302, with satin aluminum rims, no black roof, that looks exact like this, and I'm in.

Boss 302 hands down. ill take the tail lights off the GT350 though. compared to the original GT350 i dont dig how the new one looks. if the GT350 was originally a track ready Mustang then whats up with the body kits and such?

Here's a quick recap: The 2011 Shelby GT350 is the fastest, best handling and sweetest sounding 'Stang we've ever laid hands on. Any questions?
I'm in the minority of those that dig the new GT350.
But, being an NA guy that's not into whine, Boss would get my vote on this one. A gnarly, lopin', raw machine!
(But it would be a '13 where more normal color options are available.)

It occurs to me that the Boss with a blower and wider tires would go just as fast or faster and handle as well or better.
It would also cost you less and be a Boss 302.

I am SO with you on this one. I do not get why Shelby is so famous for these bulbous, overweight beasts that have his name on them. The GT 500 is a joke. The Boss comes with too many strings attached. My solution is to buy--really, and soon--a new GT and customize it, including most likely a Ford Performance supercharger (either 525 hp or 624 hp, I'm not sure yet). That way, I have a truly unique Mustang (and a "sleeper" to boot). Won't the Z06s be surprised?!
