Placed an order for some detailing stuff through Detailed Image earlier this week, and when it came in one of the products was incorrect (was sent Optimum no rinse wash, ordered the instant detailer). Shot them an email explaining the situation and got a reply back super quick. They offered either a refund on the missing item or to ship out the missing item with no charge (and keep the incorrect item). GREAT service, very happy to deal with these guys, will certainly buy again in the future.
